Term and Condition

• This Scheme is applicable for all existing Reliance Securities limited customers.
• The client will get Shopping voucher worth Rs. 500/- on each eligible account referred.
• There is a limit of 100 referrals for each customer of Reliance Securities.
• Vouchers will be given on successful account opening & fully activated account. Clients must submit forms wherever necessary and not restricted to – POA, Acknowledgement form for Securities or Commodities, Checklist form, Nomination if opted, ECN Declaration, etc.
• There is a time limit of 21 days from the date of referral during which the referee has to open an account, post which the referral link will lapse.
• Voucher would be sent to client via SMS/Email on their registered detail. In case of change in mobile number & email ID client will need to update their current details with Reliance Securities on immediate basis.
• The vouchers will be triggered after 7 – 10 business working days.
• If a person is been referred by more than 1 person, then the person who has referred 1st will be considered.
• Post receiving the referral, we will only contact to those who referral who are not registered under DNC for assistance on account opening process.
• Any referral who is under DNC and visit reliancesmartmoney.com to open the account will be contacted, since we undertake their consent to be contacted even if they are DNC registered.
• The client should not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities w.r.t. securities and should not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred. He/she should strictly limit his/her role to “Referral” only.
• The referred client shall not be subjected to any kind of trade inducement by the referring person and all instructions for placement of orders are obtained from the respective clients only.
• All the details/information pertaining to the client will be maintained confidentially and the same should not be disclosed to any person(including referrer)except as required under any law/regulatory requirements.
• All correspondences viz. contract notes, daily margin statement, statement of accounts, Annual global transaction statements etc. will be sent to the respective client only and under no circumstances will go to the referring person.
• There should be no financial transaction between the referred client and the referring person.
• The referred client should be a new registered client of Reliance Securities. New client consideration would be done basis new Pan Card entry, New Mobile Number in Reliance Securities system of the referred customer.

• All communications regarding referral program shall be sent on the client’s registered email id or mobile number. If required, please update same to avoid any difficulty.
• In case of any lead has an existing account in either of the segment and open/activate new segment will not be considered as a new referral.
• Reliance Securities reserves the right to carry out checks & controls as it deems fit and proper, before disbursal of the referral amount to the referrer.
• If the details provided for referrals are incomplete/ incorrect/ invalid, the Referrer who has provided a reference shall not be entitled to any reward under the Referral Program.
• Reliance Securities reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change, alter or discontinue the offer and alter the terms and conditions from time to time.
• Any Grievances related to above scheme/offer/campaign would not be entertained on Exchange Platform and will not be covered under investor protection or grievance redressal measures of the Exchange.
• Investment in securities market is subject to market risk, read all the related documents carefully before investing.

• I am not a Member Broker / Remiser / Authorized Person of any stockbroker.

• I shall be acting only as a referrer and will not provide any advisory services to the clients for their trading.
